They should sign Landry to fix two positions, WR and PR.

Big fan of Landry, but can't see the Jets paying an elevated price for a guy who works best out of the slot.

Would love to get Robinson from Jax if they don't franchise tag him.

Nothing against it...I really like Landry and his game.

Just can't see the Jets paying $10M+ per year for a slot guy, no matter how good he is. Our history is to go cheaper at that spot.

I don't really understand the big split between "WR" and "slot guy" honestly

I like Landry a lot...he makes plays...who the fuck cares if he does that from the outside or from the slot? NE has a bunch of "slot guys" in Amendola, Edelman, etc.

If Anderson can stay out of trouble, we have a nice deep threat. Kearse is a solid WR2 type guy. I think a guy like Landry would really help this WR corps.

I'd also like to see what Hansen and Stewart can do...they didn't get a lot of playing time last year...

Slot receiver is a very important position he releases from the line
easily with a two way go, NE has gone to the bank with them.
What I want from the receiver position is players that make a
habit of getting open. This virtue is generally achieved by size
or quickness. My FA plan would be to sign both Robinson (size,
leaping ability) and Landry (quickness, routes, Strong hands)
Supplemented by drafting Gesicki (height, great rebounder, hand eye
coordinator, sneaky good pattern guy) The money would come from
not entering the FA QB swepstakes. I would rather draft my QB
who would be 8 years younger and provide him with targets who
get open easy. College receivers I like Miller, Ateman, Chark,
Coutee and Gallup
